LAUNCHub Ventures is looking to hire an Analyst for its expanding Investment team in South East Europe.
We are looking for a motivated, hardworking person who is passionate about technology and startup&VC ecosystems.
Main responsibilities:
– building pipeline for LAUNCHub Ventures;
– assessing companies for investment, doing market and product research;
– working on deals;
– working with the most ambitious founders in our region.
Location – Sofia, Bucharest, Belgrade, Athens…. but the work is hybrid 🙂 and there is a lot of travelling.

We are looking for the brightest, most curious and enthusiastic people who want to dive deep into the startup ecosystem and explore the venture capital industry. We believe there will be more change in the Food industry in the next decade than in the last 50 years from the farm to our table.
About the Position
We are a small but very tenacious team, where everyone plays a significant role both in the everyday tasks and in driving our strategic agenda forward. As part of the team, you’ll be key in scouting, evaluating, structuring deals and growing the next Future of Food stars in the region of Southeast Europe. Your Responsibilities
Grow our SEE network, including with peer investors, partner organizations, R&D centers, big corporations, accelerators and other support organizations;
Head our corporate partnership initiatives in the sector similar to our Visa Innovation Program in fintech;
Scout the next generation of innovators in the sector;
Perform thorough evaluation of the startups and their specific markets;
Structure and present investment recommendations in front of the Investment Committee at Eleven Ventures;
Participate in the deal process from start to completion;
Prepare Future of Food specific content, including useful articles, recommendations, mappings and others to present our investment thesis in front of the public;
Support our marketing team in building a recognizable brand within the sector;
Work closely with the relevant partners in supporting the portfolio companies in their day-to-day challenges;
Participate in pitching events, conferences, webinars and other relevant events.

Meet peer investors, partner organizations, R&D centers, big corporations, accelerators and other industry organizations to unlock new business opportunities in fintech;
